How much does custom development cost?
The cost depends exactly on what you need. We don't sell "boxes" with fixed prices. However, because we reuse components from previous successful projects, our costs are very competitive compared to developing from scratch. Schedule a free diagnosis and we can give you a precise range.
Is it more expensive than paying a monthly subscription?
In the short term, the investment seems larger, but calculate how much you'll pay in monthly licenses over 5 years. With us, you make a one-time investment and the software is yours forever. Also, the real cost is in current inefficiency: how much money does your company lose in man-hours due to manual processes and errors?
What is the work process like?
We follow a 6-phase methodology: Study (requirements and ROI), Optimize (workflow redesign), Document (SOPs), Develop (code with weekly validations), Implement (migration and training), and Support (post-launch support). Each phase has clear deliverables and you actively participate in validations.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity. A simple module can be ready in 4-6 weeks. A comprehensive system can take 3-6 months. The important thing is that we make incremental deliveries: you see progress every week, not at the end of the project. This way you can adjust course early if needed.
What happens if I need changes during development?
It's normal for adjustments to arise. Our agile methodology allows incorporating changes in each weekly cycle. Minor changes are absorbed at no additional cost. For major changes that expand scope, we present a quote before proceeding. There is always transparency.
What if Almendro disappears? Am I trapped?
That's the advantage of our model: You own 100% of the source code. We deliver everything documented. If you decide to change providers, any engineer can continue the work. There is no "fine print" or forced dependency.
Can I modify the software later on my own?
Yes. The code is completely yours. You can hire another team to modify it or even develop internally. We deliver complete technical documentation and the code follows industry standards (Laravel, Vue.js, PostgreSQL) that any competent developer can continue.
We already have a system, but it lacks features.
It's not always necessary to replace everything. We are integration experts. We can develop satellite modules that connect with your current system (accounting, legacy ERP) to specifically cover those gaps that your current software doesn't solve.
We don't know how to technically describe what we need.
Don't worry, that's our job. Our "Study" phase is precisely for translating your operational pain points into technical requirements. We diagnose your processes and propose the solution; you don't need to be a technology expert.
